No eats after the show. The entire complex basically shut down, on a Friday Night. The casino was a depressed sight as well as only sad looking people were spending their social assistance on penny slots.
Now trying to cancel a reservation for upcoming Friday night. Again, only answering machines and after leaving a message, doing an online contact, and now locking my credit card, I am done.

Check-in was quick and easy. Room was ready early. Room is spacious and clean. Resort was also very clean and large. Concert venue was good and clean.

This place is fantastic! Beautiful pool, friendly staff, great restaurants, and fun entertainment! The rooms are great with the most comfortable beds, all rooms have mini fridges and fireplaces.

They took that away. And the comps. And sadly instead of going maybe a couple weekends stay and play and a couple weekdays. And keep in mind I go with family there may be 10 of us all gambling.
Plus the rooms, meals, concerts. I loved doing a weekend with a concert. Great little vacation with family. This reflects a few years and when they were bought out.
Gateway needs to step up there game abit if they want the long term loyal players to keep coming. The platinum lounge was great grab a sandwich late at night.
And a drink. Or a concert ticket. Which is fine. But player analytics and perks need to be better. Hopes this helps everyone.

For us patrons the perks were wonderful and kept us coming back. I am so sad to see the complete destruction Gateway has accomplished. It started with understaffing every area, then the nickle and diming the patrons.
Overcharging for Valet when so many patrons are seniors or have mobility issues. Closing Platinum Lounge, cuts after cuts, till there are bare bones left.
Now look around you on a weekend night the casino is empty, and is getting worse.
